1. Acceptance of terms

Access to and use of the website mhodi.com (hereinafter the “Site”), owned by Mhodì S.r.l.s, with registered office at Via Francesco Cilea 105, 95131 Catania (CT), Italy, VAT IT05083480870, implies acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of the service

The Site has informational and promotional purposes for the activities of Mhodì Music Company: record production, music publishing, sync licensing, sub-publishing, independent distribution and related activities. Through the Site it is possible to submit demos, applications, contact requests and register for the press list.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (texts, images, logos, trademarks, graphics, video, software, layout) is the property of Mhodì S.r.l.s or of the respective rightsholders and is protected by Italian and international intellectual and industrial property laws.

Reproduction, distribution, modification or use of the Site content without the written authorisation of the Owner is prohibited, save where otherwise expressly indicated.

4. Use of the site

The user undertakes to:

• Use the Site in accordance with the law and these terms
• Not submit unlawful, offensive, defamatory content or content infringing third-party rights
• Not attempt to access restricted areas of the Site without authorisation
• Not use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to collect data from the Site

By submitting demos, applications, messages or other content through the Site forms, the user declares to hold the necessary rights and authorises Mhodì to review the material for evaluation purposes. Submitting a demo does not in any way constitute an obligation for Mhodì to reply, publish or enter into a contract.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (streaming platforms, social media, sites of group labels). Mhodì is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of such external sites.

7. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is”. These Terms of Use are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of these terms, the Court of Catania shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
