Out March 19, 2024, the new album by Mimi Sterrantino and Davide Campisi. An eclectic variety of sounds ranging from folk and indie roots to contemporary electronic influences.

Two singles, one challenge

Mimi Sterrantino and Davide Campisi, two talented Sicilian artists on the rise, each with a distinctive musical style, reunite to demonstrate the power of collaborations that allow artists to experiment, learn from each other, and combine their creative influences.

Four years after their first collaboration, which produced the album "Mircanti", Mimi Sterrantino and Davide Campisi return to the music scene with a touch of playful artistic rivalry, choosing to present themselves to the public with two different singles, almost challenging each other, poking fun at the rivalry some artists feel and the difficulty of collaborating with one another.

"Lu Diu ca vaju circannu" ("The God I Go Searching For") puts Sterrantino's voice and blues guitars front and center, creating an enveloping atmosphere that captures the essence of his music with an engaging rhythm that lodges itself in the listener's memory, infusing energy and grit.

"Ciocca li diti" ("Snap Your Fingers"): Campisi, who in addition to showcasing his vocal talent demonstrates his mastery of the frame drum, delivers a sonic experience that evokes Sicily with an exceptional overseas note thanks to the musicality of the Gallurese language used in the track.
