Marco Corrao, 2100
Marco Corrao's new single with a blues and electronic soul. A reflection on the future of humanity and our planet: reflect to understand, understand to improve, improve to save ourselves.
On November 21, Marco Corrao's new single with music video, "2100", is released digitally and on radio.
Who knows how this world will end for us humans. Reflect to understand, understand to improve, improve to save ourselves.
With this track, which has a blues and electronic soul, Corrao confronts us with a reflection on the future of humanity and our planet: "Who knows how this world will end for us humans. One loss of freedom after another. Always rights and never responsibilities, and now you even struggle to breathe. The track wants to push us to reflect on how little we know our planet and how poorly we manage to use the resources it offers. When your mother, tired of every excuse, abandons you to your thousand reasons that don't hold up... what will happen?"
The Music Video
The video loop enriches the new single and offers a glimmer of hope: the image of a barefoot walk on scorched, smoking earth, a few remaining specimens of human beings on a planet no longer suited for life. The only hope: procreation with a new awareness.
The single, written by Marco Corrao and composed together with Roberto Terranova, is released on the Comusì branch of Mhodì Music Company. Recording and mixing by Twin Rivers Studio / Erre Studio. The music video is directed by Calogero Ricciardello with the participation of Davide Cuscuna, Mia Vilardo, and Chiara Mangano.
